Business Terms & Conditions

These Business Terms & Conditions apply to restaurants, bars, cafés and other venues ("Partners") that join THE HOOD to publish and manage deals. By partnering with THE HOOD you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.

• Partners are responsible for the accuracy of their venue details and offers.
• Account access must be kept secure and used only by authorised staff.
• Partners must comply with all applicable local laws, licensing and health regulations.

• Partners define their own offers, availability and fair-use limits.
• Deals must be honoured when a valid, in-date QR code is presented.
• Offers must be genuine and must not mislead users.
• Partners may pause or update deals at any time via their dashboard.

Founder Club partners receive the launch conditions communicated at sign-up. Any fees, commissions or promotional periods will be confirmed in writing before they apply. No hidden charges are added without prior agreement.

Partners are solely responsible for the products and services they provide to users. THE HOOD acts as a discovery and redemption platform and is not a party to the transaction between a Partner and a user, to the extent permitted by law.

Either party may end the partnership with reasonable notice. THE HOOD may suspend a Partner account that breaches these terms or harms the user experience. Questions? Email info@thehood.es.
