Acceptance of terms
By using THE HOOD website or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
THE HOOD connects users with local deals from participating venues in Málaga. Deals are subject to availability and each venue's own conditions.
Deals & QR codes
- Activated deals generate a QR code valid for 24 hours.
- Deals are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Venues may set fair-use limits on redemptions.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Liability
THE HOOD is provided "as is" during pre-launch. We are not liable for the quality of third-party venues or offers, to the extent permitted by law.
